The Wagsby™ is the first and only bench with a retractable pet ramp. In the room it is simply a handsome solid-hardwood bench for the end of your bed or beside the couch. When your dog needs it, the ramp slides out from underneath, rests on its anti-slip padding, and gives a small, senior or arthritic dog a gentle way up to the cushion and onto the bed. Slide it back and it’s furniture again.
This is the Harvest Oatmeal finish: a warm harvest stain on the hardwood frame with an oatmeal-tone performance fabric cushion. The fabric is performance-treated for easy clean-up and tested PFAS-free, and the high-density foam cushion is wrapped in polyester fiber for paw-lenty of comfort.
Does it fit my bed?
The bench top sits 19.5 in. off the floor. Your dog walks up the ramp to the cushion, then steps from the cushion onto the bed or couch. It works best beside furniture that is close to cushion height; measure to the top of your mattress or sofa seat and compare it to 19.5 in. Many owners use it at the foot of the bed and keep the ramp extended on the bedroom side. With the ramp out, allow 33 in. of floor space from the bench leg to the end of the ramp.

Assembly and what’s in the box
The bench and ramp arrive fully assembled except for the four legs, which attach with two bolts each (eight bolts total). The only tool needed is the included Allen wrench; most people are done in about ten minutes. A touch-up stain pen is also included.
