About OIC Pet

OIC Pet is a family-owned company based in Texas. We have spent more than ten years designing home and holiday décor that people are proud to put in their living rooms, and the Wagsby™ Pet Ramp Bench grew out of a simple frustration: the ramps and stairs sold to help an aging dog reach the bed all looked like pet-store equipment.

So we designed the piece we wanted in our own bedroom. A solid-hardwood bench that belongs at the foot of a bed, with a retractable, anti-slip ramp hidden underneath. When the dog needs it, the ramp slides out. When company comes over, it slides back and the room looks the way it should. It is patent pending, and as far as we know it is the first and only bench of its kind.

What we care about

• Furniture first. Every piece is built to furniture standards — solid hardwood frames, performance fabrics, published weight ratings, lab-tested to residential furniture standards — so it earns its place in the room on looks alone.
• Designed for the dogs who need it. Senior dogs, dogs with arthritis or back problems, and small or long-backed breeds should not be launching themselves on and off beds. A gentle 23° ramp changes their day.
• Honest about the details. Dimensions, capacities, materials and assembly are spelled out on every product page. If you still have a question, we answer email within a business day.
