Shipping

Free shipping within the contiguous U.S. on every Wagsby™ Pet Ramp Bench. Orders are processed and shipped within 24–48 hours on weekdays (excluding New Year’s Day, Easter, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas). You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.

The bench and ramp arrive fully assembled; you attach the four legs with the included Allen wrench (eight bolts). Plan on about ten minutes.

Shipping outside the contiguous U.S. is not included in the free-shipping offer. Contact us before ordering if you are outside that area.

Returns

You have 30 days from purchase to return a Wagsby™ bench. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the condition you received it, and in the original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer and is non-refundable; we recommend a trackable service for an item of this value.

Once we receive and inspect the return, we will email you and, if approved, refund the original payment method. Items that are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or returned after 30 days, may receive a partial refund. Sale items are final.

Damaged or defective on arrival

Please inspect the carton on delivery. We replace items that arrive defective or damaged — contact us with photos and your order number and we will take care of it. Every bench includes a touch-up stain pen for minor marks.
